Ierapetra Villas are situated a 5 minute walk from the wonderful beach in Agios Panteleimon, in the south-east Crete between Makry Gialos (5,5km) and Ierapetra (20km) and 112km from Heraklion airport.
Ierapetra, the largest city in southern Crete, is located at the narrowest crossing of the island, and is easily reached from Agios Nikolaos.

Favoured both by position and by nature, Ierapetra has always been an important centre of the island. When you visit it you will find a lively, active town - much more so than Agios Nikolaos or Sitia.
Ierapetra in Lassithi, is the destination with unique beaches, some secluded, others organized and social (having been awarded with 32 Blue Flags) and ideal for water skiing, sailing, wind surfing, snorkelling or underwater fishing.

Having the distinction of being the southernmost town facing the African coast, Ierapetra enjoys the smoothest, almost rainless weather in Europe. No doubt, Ierapetra "the bridge of the Libyan sea" is the sunniest holiday resort in Europe.

Each one of the 2 new – finished in 2010 – luxury pool villas is built with a traditional architecture, stone walls, wood covered ceilings and is equipped with handmade Italian furniture and fine cotton linen in a manner to provide A’ class accommodation to 2-6 persons.

Each villa covers 160 m2 (not including the 2 big verandas), set out on 3 levels and has its private pool, own barbeque and private parking as well as great levelled verandas.

Both villas have unique sea view, just a few minutes from a wonderful beach.In each villa there are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The master double bedroom has en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and offers both sea and garden view from the luxury furnished veranda of the room. The twin bedroom is with separate bathroom with Jacuzzi cabin and shares the same veranda with the master bedroom.

The ground floor presents a unique architecture, offering the open plan kitchen (fully equipped), the living room with a hand made fireplace and a bath with a unique hand made shower. There is the flexibility of turning the living room area in a bedroom, with up to 2 single sofa beds.

Out of living room and kitchen there is a big furnished veranda for outdoor dinning, with private pool, sea views and romantic garden images. Not to mention the beautiful traditional barbeque area.

Minimally interfering with the natural habitat and harmonically blended with their surroundings, the structures emerge from the ground, respecting its natural contours and creating a settlement on a hillside, stone pathways, and olive groves. Each villa finds its roots in architecture from Greece and create a new architecture of organically shaped living spaces at a human scale.
